Exploration

/ Concept

The Challenge: Most to-do apps feel sterile or overwhelming. I explored how to design a task manager that balances clarity with delight—making productivity feel less like a chore.

/ Design

  • Designed a quick-add flow that lets users capture tasks in under 3 taps.
  • Used color + iconography to clearly distinguish completed vs. pending tasks at a glance

/ Result

  • Delivered a fully interactive prototype showcasing task creation, editing, and completion flows.
  • Demonstrated that productivity apps can be functionally minimal and emotionally engaging.
  • Used as a portfolio exploration to test design patterns for gamification and micro-interactions
